Want to request return/cancellation?

To request return/cancellation:

• If you ordered using email id: click here

• If you ordered using phone number only: Use the SMS Order Link sent to your phone by SMS after you had placed your order.
  
  

After you submit the request, you’ll receive an email confirming that the return request was submitted successfully.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund if the return meets our eligibility criteria (see point 5 of "Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy").

Note:

Returns can be requested only for items that have already been delivered or fulfilled. Cancellations can be requested only for items that haven’t shipped yet.
