Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions

1. 5-Day Window for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Return or exchange can be done once.

2. Our Refund Policy (Full Cash Refunds Available!)
Most online brands only offer store credit for returns to protect themselves from fake orders. However, as a growing brand, we deeply appreciate your trust in us. We know it takes a leap of faith to try a new brand, which is why—for a limited period—we are offering full money-back refunds rather than locking your money in store credit.

a. Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed straight to your original payment method/bank account within 5-7 business days of receiving the product back. 

b. COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via direct bank transfers(NEFT/IMPS) or UPI. Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, our support team will reach out to collect your bank details or UPI ID. Refunds will be credited within 5 - 7 business days after receiving these details.

3. Shipping & Pickup Fees
Shipping Charges: For both returns and exchanges , the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Estimated Fee: Reverse pickup charges are approximately ₹100 per kg. (1 Saree is less than 1 kg)

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
